Due to continued growth, Bellrock Group is looking for an experienced Content and Copywriter who can craft compelling narratives across platforms that resonate with audiences and create preference for Bellrock Group.
You will develop content that effectively communicates our brand story across various digital and offline channels and campaigns, including web copy, internal communications, sales enablement documents, PPC, event materials, media and PR, blogs, thought-leadership pieces, and other content. You have demonstrated experience in writing business communications.
This role is essential in delivering high-quality, consistent content that contributes to the overall productivity, effectiveness, and success of the content team, the marketing function, and the whole business, allowing us to continuously improve and strive for excellence.
How will you be the change?
We believe every role is essential to providing that peace of mind for our customers - whatever part of the business you’re in. Because every role plays a part in driving us further. Everyone can be the change. That’s how we deliver value for our customers and build systems that lead the way.
As a Content and Copywriter with Bellrock, you’ll do it by:
* Creating engaging content and campaigns across Business Units and Group for all on and offline media, including web, PPC, articles, blogs, press releases, media statements, newsletters, case studies, social media posts, white papers, emails, adverts, video scripts, and event presentations.
* Working with the Communication Manager to ensure all content aligns with our brand’s voice and strategic objectives.
* Understanding the importance of our brand tone of voice and knowing how to tailor it to a specific channel.
* Planning and executing the internal communications and campaigns strategy, including managing the internal communications calendar and writing all content such as employee newsletters and emails.
* Working closely with the Marketing Project Executive and Marketing Business Partners to produce content for events as needed, including stand collateral, pre-event marketing, speeches, and presentations.
* Editing and proofreading content for clarity, accuracy, consistency, and SEO.
* Working closely with the Communication Manager to execute social strategy to grow our digital footprint.
* Identifying and analyzing business and audience needs to craft and deliver messages via multiple channels.
* Being an advocate for the strategy, working proactively with the Communication Manager, marketing colleagues, and key stakeholders to execute the content vision.
* Collaborating with team members including briefing visual assets for communications and ensuring consistent messaging, look, and feel.
* Ensuring all content is high-quality, error-free, search engine optimized, and consistent with tone of voice guidelines.
* Preparing reports for different audiences on content effectiveness and recommending strategies for continuous improvement, optimization, and resource prioritization.
* Briefing agency partners, ensuring timely delivery of agreed services within budget. Supporting and modeling positive team collaboration with office presence 1-2 times a week, or more as required.
What does it take?
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.
* Proven experience in content marketing, creation, and copywriting, preferably in B2B environments.
* 3+ years of experience in a copywriting role.
* Experience in creating compelling, engaging copy to deliver strong SEO and PPC success.
* Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing strategies, and content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, SharePoint, or Sitecore.
* An understanding and appreciation of on-brand design, graphics, photography, and film.
* Experience in marketing analytics tools and CRM software, such as HubSpot & GA4 is advantageous.
* Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* An outstanding writer who can hit the ground running with the ability to create compelling and engaging copy that conveys brand story and complex or technical ideas simply.
* A hands-on, collaborative person, able to work autonomously, but naturally inclined to seek input and perspective from manager and stakeholders.
* Able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable managing expectations to the business and key stakeholders.
* Experienced in creating and executing internal communications and a track record of delivering solid, measurable results.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills able to present ideas to and influence stakeholders.
* A meticulous approach to detail and a passion for high-quality writing.
* High levels of creative enthusiasm and curiosity. A desire to find out more, understand the bigger picture, and make connections to learn and improve.
