About the opportunity…
Due to the continuing growth of our business, an exciting position has arisen for a knowledgeable System Support Specialist within our Product Delivery team. This role offers a unique opportunity for you to work at the forefront of digital transformation within the supply chain.
Who you’ll be working with:
You will collaborate with a diverse team of supply chain experts, data analysts, software developers, and product leaders to understand our customer requirements and the systems we implement. You will be dealing with clients that range from 500k-20m+ turnover, within the wholesale, manufacturing, and eCommerce sectors.

As businesses increasingly adopt digital solutions, your expertise will be pivotal in selecting a compatible digital system that will streamline and improve efficiencies and innovation across our clients' supply chain processes.
You will support all aspects of the optimisation and implementation lifecycle, from discovery, design, and integration through to onboarding, post go-live support, and maintenance, ensuring digital platforms and integrations are tailored to client needs, and are delivered on time and within budget.
You will deliver product advice to our clients from our Telford office and on client sites. As this role involves regular travel and overnight stays, a full driving licence is an essential requirement for this role.
What you’ll be doing…
Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you will:
1. Provide best practice advice and guidance to both prospective and existing clients on digitising supply chains.
2. Support with discovery/scoping sessions with clients to understand their business processes and system requirements for a new ERP system.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions to ensure that designs meet customer needs and business objectives.
4. Produce and deliver proof of concept material for client review and approval.
5. Effectively configure and customise the ERP functionality, and activate any necessary integrations (i.e., Xero, Shopify, etc.) defined during the scoping stage.
6. Create professional and tailored system, user, and procedural document templates and reports to aid clients' understanding of system functionality.
7. Deliver system demonstrations, training programs, and User Acceptance Training (UAT) in advance of the go-live date.
8. Undertake functional, integration, and automated testing to ensure integrity of data prior to go-live.
9. Serve as an ongoing technical resource, providing post-implementation support and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.
10. Handle and respond to client technical queries & concerns promptly.
11. Attend online and on-site client review meetings where required.
12. Perform day-to-day maintenance on the ERP system, installing new upgrades and testing for bugs to ensure system efficiency.
13. Maintain a high level of attention to detail, with a methodical approach to work.

Essential
1. Experience of operational system products.
2. Strong client-focused approach with the ability to engage, build, and manage client relationships.
3. Demonstrates excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, prioritisation, coordination, negotiation, and organisational skills.
4. Takes ownership and responsibility, with strong professional pride and integrity.
5. Strong numerical, analytical, and logical thinking skills with the ability to scrutinise data, problem solve, and challenge anomalies.
6. Positive can-do attitude, with a willingness to grow and develop the role.
7. Full driving licence required due to regular travel with occasional overnight stays required to client sites to undertake scoping, training, and support to ensure successful product implementation.
Desirable
1. Some previous digital ERP/MRP Stock/Inventory experience, preferably in CIN7/DEAR, MRPEasy, or similar related products.
2. Strong functional understanding of supply chain processes and how they integrate with other business functions.
3. Proven experience in data migration.
4. Strong presentation skills; must be comfortable with hosting meetings and delivering training with clients and team members in person and virtually.
5. Experience in communicating technical concepts and ideas to non-technical personnel of varying levels of expertise.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to keep work flowing and minimise problems or delays.
