Evolito develops and manufactures class-leading, lightweight, high-power, and high-torque-density electric propulsion systems for a range of aerospace markets, including EVTOL, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles and General Aviation. The team is scaling rapidly and has ambitious growth plans over the next twelve to eighteen months. As part of our ongoing high-growth phase, we are seeking a Project Manager to join our team. The role involves providing comprehensive support for internal projects, assisting the Programme Manager, and ensuring that all project work receives sign-off from key stakeholders. The Project Manager will also address any issues that arise and capture feedback to drive continuous improvement. Key responsibilities will include: Supporting both small- and large-scale projects Coordinating, planning and managing special builds and trials, helping to move the build quickly through various processes Structuring projects and devising processes that ensure efficiency within projects Engaging with core teams to understand their progress with task management and gateway process Generating clear and succinct project reports including KPIs Presenting work to stakeholders for sign-off Supporting team members to maximise productivity Generating and maintaining project plans and deliverables to help ensure build readiness Roadblock removal for critical builds Chasing internal teams for urgent responses to customer queries Support of urgent/ad hoc testing and containment action implementation Change request close out and tracking of implementation Providing daily feedback from production meetings. Skills and experience required: Degree level qualification within an Engineering discipline A proven track record of project delivery and ability to complete tasks Previous, proven project management experience A hands-on approach to drive results The ability to meet deadlines Flexibility to manage multiple tasks with multiple internal customers in a timely manner An understanding of both technical and customer-driven processes Good IT skills including Word and PowerPoint, experience with MS Project would be beneficial Good organisational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills A positive attitude towards work Ability to work proactively under own initiative A flexible approach to work Experience working in a manufacturing environment would be preferable.
