Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Service Advisor role located in Kingston Upon Hull. The Senior Service Advisor will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer-focused service, handling customer service requests, communicating with customers, and managing aftersales services.
