You will be driven to produce quality leads and sales leading to viewings.You will be the first point of contact introducing our clients services to potential customers with the aim of setting up viewing appointments. At this stage an internal team take over the diary and negotiations.You will have a large database of companies to call.
This role will also include you researching those companies and contacts with them using LI. This is more about building relationships over the longer term than a call centre role. You will be hard working and be a self-starter.The successful telesales executive willHave min 6 months sales/telesales experienceHave good customer service skills both verbal and writtenHave superb communication skillsBe a good relationship builderHave strong IT skills with the ability to use an internal CRM system and O365Take pride in your appearanceBe target drivenHave the ability to multitaskResponsibilities of the Telesales Executive:Initiating sales with potential customers over the phoneCreating productive outbound calls to generate new business opportunitiesAccurate notes and input to the CRMDevelop and sustain relationships with potential customersMeeting weekly and monthly targets set by the Marketing DirectorDevelop an in depth understanding of the products and servicesTPBN1_UKTJ
