Key Responsibilities:
* Design and Develop: Create customized Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.
* User Interface: Build and customize intuitive user interfaces, including Visualforce pages and Lightning pages, to enhance user experience.
* DevOps Integration: Play an integral part in DevOps processes: supporting release cycles, deploying updates, and implementing new features.
* Testing and Debugging: Perform unit and system testing, tackle issues, and ensure solutions are robust and reliable.
* Documentation: Follow Salesforce standard methodologies, keeping code well-documented and ensuring all custom developments are covered by test classes.
* Team Collaboration: Handle development tasks independently while having the ability to lead and support team members when needed.
What You Will Bring:
* Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and UI development with Aura.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Track record of testing, debugging, and delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions.
* Process Knowledge: Solid understanding of Salesforce standard processes, DevOps (CI/CD), and version control systems.
* Integration Experience: Exposure to integrating Salesforce with external systems using MuleSoft.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, collaborative, and a self-starter.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Certifications: Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I or II Certifications.
