About the Role : The Associate Director of Sales and Marketing is accountable for setting and delivering the Energy & Carbon Division’s commercial strategy to build a strong pipeline, win and retain customers. The Associate Director of Sales and Marketing sets the commercial proposition of the services delivered by LASER. The role then implements this via the heads of department for Marketing, LASER Sales and Lumina Sales. The Associate Director of Sales and Marketing is accountable for achieving sales and retention revenue targets as well as overall Profit & Loss for the Lumina brand. What You’ll Bring: Strong experience in sales and marketing leadership, particularly in the energy or carbon markets A track record of delivering business growth strategies and meeting P&L targets. Proven experience in leading, managing, and coaching highly successful teams. Strong knowledge of the energy sector, including emerging trends and opportunities. Ability to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans. Experience managing cross-functional teams across sales and marketing. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse complex issues and make informed decisions. Ability to build and maintain key relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and external partners. Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Self-motivated, resilient, and able to drive innovation and continuous improvement. What You’ll Achieve: As Associate Director Sales and Marketing, you will: Lead and develop the sales and marketing strategy for the E&C Division. Manage and coach a team of sales & marketing leaders, ensuring alignment and effective execution of strategic goals. Drive revenue growth through collaboration with our Carbon teams, aligning market needs with business targets. Take accountability for achieving profit and loss targets for the Lumina brand. Ensure key metrics and KPIs are in place to measure performance, with actions taken to enhance business performance. Oversee the development and evolution of our commercial proposition, including pricing and sales approach for new services. Foster relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to drive business success.
