Customer Service Advisor - Must be able to start on 9th May
Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor located in Watford, to join a busy department with great incentives and a fun place to work.
Your duties include:
1. Dealing with customer enquiries
2. Leaving notes on customer files
3. Data entry
4. Liaising with the internal team
5. Offering outstanding service
You must have strong communication and people skills, be able to multitask, and possess IT skills.
This is a temp role starting on the 11th April, paying £12.31ph. Please note no holidays can be taken in the first 6 weeks. You will be office-based, and we will carry out a DBS check & Credit check. You will need to provide 3 years of reference details (work, education, or personal).
