We are looking for a friendly, reliable, adaptable and fun individual that can prioritise their work and has great people skills, to join our team in the Oltco office as a Franchise Account Manager. A variety of office skills will be needed along with prior experience in sales and customer service. Full training will be given but prior experience of working on phones is an advantage.
You will manage relationships with franchisees, overseeing franchisee account activities, and ensuring the smooth flow of communication and support with the franchisees. This role also entails managing and responding to product enquiries on various channels, qualifying them and then passing them over to the franchisee using our CRM system.
Main Responsibilities
Enquiry Management:
1. Handle inbound enquiries, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses.
2. Manage and track all enquiries, ensuring they are inputted correctly into the CRM system and addressed efficiently.
3. Qualify leads and discuss initial pricing with the customer.
4. Follow up with leads to convert enquiries into site visits.
Franchise Relationship Management:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned franchisee accounts.
2. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with franchise owners to ensure satisfaction and support.
