This position presents a unique opportunity to work with a leading logistics and distribution company, making a significant impact on health and safety initiatives across multiple sites in the South region.
What can you expect in this role?
* Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies and procedures in line with company-wide standards.
* Promote a safety-first culture through training, communication, and leading by example.
* Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and accident investigations to ensure compliance with UK Health and Safety legislation.
* Provide expert guidance and solutions to mitigate risks and prevent incidents.
* Act as a key advisor to Warehousing, Transport, and Central Support teams on all health and safety matters.
* Work closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to drive a proactive safety culture.
* Analyse safety data to drive continuous improvement and inform decision-making.
What does this role offer you?
* A total package of 40,000 - 45,000 DOE
* 6,000 car allowance.

What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in a similar Health and Safety role within logistics, warehousing, or a busy distribution environment.
* NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) and IOSH Technical Membership.
* Strong knowledge of UK Health and Safety legislation and best practices.
* Resilient, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
