About the Role
You will work in Wollaton Hall & Deer Park to oversee the catering and hire operation so that it is commercially successful and consistently exceeds our visitors’ expectations. You will actively participate in the service and presentation of food and beverage products. You will supervise a small team of staff and be part of a broader team delivering great service to visitors.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Practical experience of catering including production and service of high quality food and drink
2. Knowledge, ability & experience of current hygiene, Health & Safety & legal licensing compliance requirements
3. Supervisory skills including giving clear direction and providing feedback
4. Able to work flexible hours - including weekends, school holidays and evenings
