Staff Nurse (RMN/RNLD)
Salary: £39,000 - £43,000
40 hours per week

We are looking for an experienced Staff Nurse to join our client's team; Their specialist service provides therapeutic care and rehabilitation to patients with brain injuries and mental health conditions. With a strong CQC rating and a commitment to excellence, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated team focused on achieving positive patient outcomes.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
* Registered Nurse Qualifications: Valid NMC PIN as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities (RNLD).
* Clinical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mental health conditions and/or brain injuries and evidence-based nursing practices.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient-focused approach.
* Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
* Commitment to Care: A passion for providing high-quality care and supporting patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Patient-Centred Care: Provide compassionate, person-centred care to patients, ensuring their needs are met and dignity is maintained at all times.
* Clinical Excellence: Administer medications, carry out assessments, and deliver clinical interventions in line with best practice guidelines.
* Rehabilitation Support: Work with multidisciplinary teams to support patients in their rehabilitation plans, focusing on functional recovery and mental health well-being.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records, ensuring that all care activities are documented in line with regulatory standards.
* Collaborative Teamwork: Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to care plans and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services in line with the service's objectives.
* Compliance & Safeguarding: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, safeguarding procedures, and health and safety standards.
