Cheshire West and Chester’s statutory safeguarding partners are looking for a person with experience of providing administrative support. This role requires an individual with proven experience to be responsible for processing work for the Adults Safeguarding Board so that the functions of those areas are progressed efficiently and within agreed timescales according to defined procedures and to undertake a range of administrative activities, including minute taking, the production and distribution of documents, correspondence, handling sensitive data and information; and the organisation and servicing of meetings and events, as part of the service support function, linking in with corporate systems in order to contribute to the efficient and effective delivery of operational services. Our Business Support Officers play a critical role in supporting teams to meet the administrative demands and consider innovative solutions to meet the needs of the service.
