Since 1989, Continental Landscapes has been providing professional grounds maintenance and street cleansing services to organisations throughout the UK. We have been operating in Scotland since 1995 and are located in Livingston. We provide varied services for public and private sector clients such as councils, the NHS, and housing associations.
We have opportunities for an experienced, knowledgeable and enthusiastic Service Delivery Manager to join the management team and lead our grounds maintenance operations. This role would suit an experienced supervisor or a team leader looking to take the next step. Backgrounds in facilities management, green services sector, or similar would be advantageous but not essential. An aptitude for resource and team planning would be beneficial.
The purpose of this key role is to be responsible for the broad range of services associated with the contract, ensuring the requirements, specifications and standards are met. You will lead and manage teams of operatives who will undertake the different elements of the contract. You will also take an active lead in the management of Health and Safety in the workplace.
You will need to have a full clean UK driving licence.
