The Role
In this position, you will:
1. Assist in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, supporting senior surveyors with operational responsibilities.
2. Participate in the preparation of service charge budgets, manage reconciliations, and ensure all financial processes are accurate and transparent.
3. Develop your skills in asset management, working on strategies to enhance property values and explore value-add opportunities.
4. Conduct property inspections, coordinate maintenance activities, and manage tenant relationships to deliver exceptional client service.
5. Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance, and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making across the portfolio.
6. Contribute to expanding the company’s carbon-neutral initiatives, with a strong focus on sustainability and ESG progress.

Ideal Candidate
1. Holds a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Real Estate, Property Management) and has a keen interest in completing the APC or is recently MRICS qualified.
