Prospero Teaching is recruiting a number of dynamic and dedicated Welsh speaking Teaching Assistants to join a number of supportive schools in South Wales. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students in both small groups and 1:1 setting, helping them with their academic progress and personal development. You will play a key role in creating an engaging, inclusive, and positive learning atmosphere.

Location - Various locations across South-West Wales
Position - Welsh speaking Teaching Assistant
Type of work - Teaching Assistant - day to day and long term cover in various schools
Start date - ASAP
Duration / Likely Duration - Day to day bookings, with the potential for extension depending on schools
End date (if applicable) - N/A
Contract type - Temporary
Full time/part time - Part time and full time depending on schools needs
Minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate £16.31 per hour
Hours - 8:45 am - 3:20pm (full day), half day (am or pm), individual lesson cover
What Were Looking For:
· Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school or educational setting (though not essential).
· Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
· A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners.
· Ability to motivate and inspire students.
