Davenham have an exciting opportunity available for an Panel Wirer / Electrical Fitter / Wirer to join our team based in Fairham, Nottingham. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £32,500 to £35,500 per annum based on experience. About the role Hours: 39 hours Monday to Thursday, 7.30am to 5.30pm. Voluntary overtime Friday to 1pm, paid x 1.5 As a Panel Wirer / Electrical Fitter / Wirer with an understanding of electrical systems the role will involve working to 3-phase schematic drawings to manufacture switchgear assemblies. Working in a team you will be contributing to the manufacture and assembly of cutting-edge components that power our innovative power solutions. Your key duties as our Panel Wirer / Electrical Fitter / Wirer will include: Assist in the manufacturing of top-quality units for electrical switchgear systems. Working to detailed CAD created drawings and schematics Ensure maintenance of all company equipment Operate machinery and equipment expertly, ensuring seamless execution of tasks in line with established procedures. Collaborate closely with your team to meet and exceed production targets and deadlines Uphold our company's standards and deliver products of unmatched excellence. Adhere to 5S principles, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. What we are looking for in our Panel Wirer / Electrical Fitter / Wirer: Demonstrated experience in electrical wiring manufacturing or similar Demonstrated work experience with hand tools and power tools is necessary Strong communication and coordination skills, proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a must Demonstrate initiative and precision, adhering to strict quality standards Independent and able to work under tight timeline with exceptional time management and ability to multi-task.
