About the role Monday - Friday office based working (Stirling Head Office) - 8.30am - 5.30pm (1 hour lunch break) Client Communication · Assist in responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally. · Support Account Managers in drafting emails, proposals, and presentations. · Ensure timely communication of updates and deliverables to clients. · Schedule and coordinate client meetings, calls, and follow-ups. · Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Account Management team. Reporting and Documentation · Maintain up-to-date documentation of client contracts, service agreements, and other critical information. · Track key performance indicators and highlight areas for improvement. Process Coordination · Collaborate with internal teams to support client deliverables and resolve issues. · Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all administrative processes. Who are we looking for? Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within account management or client-facing teams.(preferable however not essential) Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
