Responsibilities
1. Sales: Deliver budgeted sales and create a customer-centric culture.
2. Understand the importance of Host Store and maintain relationships.
3. Take initiative to improve the business and enhance commercial decisions.
4. Contribute to department development in line with consumer demands.
5. Schedule and oversee staff planning for maximum floor coverage.
6. Maintain high standards of staff presentation.
Service
1. Create a customer-centric environment and train the team.
2. Monitor results and develop action plans to meet company standards.
3. Establish a client focus mindset to ensure high client experience.
People
1. Recruit new team members in conjunction with GM.
2. Communicate and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
3. Invest in team development for optimal performance.
4. Create positive relationships and champion togetherness.
5. Communicate KPIs and manage performance reviews.
Operations
1. Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
2. Oversee daily hygiene ceremony and opening/closing standards.
3. Understand back of house standards.
KPIs
1. Meet sales targets.
2. Achieve productivity and retention targets.
3. Contribute to payroll targets.
4. Audit at +/- 0.3% or below.
5. Exceed 10% target for client book sales.
Requirements
* Currently working at Senior Manager level in a high turnover business.
* Experience managing large teams.
* History of P&L accountability.
* Proven ability to drive performance through people.
* Excellent relationship-building skills.
* Background with fashion-forward footwear or accessory brands.
* Representative of our luxury/fashion-forward brand.
