Who we are looking for
A Communications Coordinator who will oversee the delivery of large scale, targeted marketing campaigns across both the Sports and Gaming products.
Working in a small team, you will assist in the maintenance of marketing schedules, ensuring that the department can effectively meet the needs of our stakeholders and their marketing campaigns. Full training will be provided, allowing you to become an expert in the use of our marketing communications tools.
The twilight shift working week runs Monday through to Sunday and is followed with 7 days off. A typical shift will start at 14:00, and finish at 01:30, however flexibility may be required during major sporting events.

* Proven ability to quickly grasp new concepts and tool functionality.
* Possess a keen eye for detail, with the ability to work quickly and accurately to tight deadlines.
* Highly adaptable in environments where requirements can change at short notice.
* Exceptional organisation skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Operationally minded with the ability to work effectively in process driven environments.
* Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge and problem-solving skills.
* Previous experience of using marketing communication tools.
* Ability to stay calm under pressure and undertake multiple tasks at the same.
* Strong communication skills.
Main Responsibilities
* Sending push notification, email, web message and SMS marketing communications to customers.
* Creating and maintaining global marketing schedules.
* Liaising with other marketing teams to ensure content is created and processed in line with agreed deadlines.
* Generating recipient lists, ensuring they are correct and compatible with our communication tools.
* Filtering data to create targeted groups of predefined customers.
* Testing customer communications in order to quality control and safeguard against errors.
* Assisting in the creation of processes to ensure a high standard of output is consistently maintained.
* Reporting on marketing campaigns providing figures and other required analysis.
