Our High Wycombe based client is looking for a Sales & Customer Service Executive to join their team. They are passionate about building relationships and delivering outstanding customer service to their clients. You will need to be confident on the phone and have a proven record in delivering fantastic customer service.
This is an office-based role working 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday. The salary for this role is £26,000 plus an OTE of £5,000 and a further £1,000 performance bonus.
Main responsibilities for the Sales & Customer Service Executive:
* To call and manage customers along with the on-the-road sales reps to ensure we build long-lasting relationships.
* To support the reps with order entry, queries, and help manage the customers in the region.
* To pro-actively promote new products, support the customer’s needs and requirements, ensuring sales are made to exceed targets where possible.
* To support the in-bound team when necessary by answering calls, assisting with customer queries, and order processing.
* To work collectively as a team; supporting each other and the rest of the business to give the customer the best experience possible.
