Job Description
This role is a Professional (PT) Career Band
Your role as Digital Data Analyst - Website
8. Analysing user website behaviour from usage patterns to engagement to conversion rates with a split across aspects such as digital channels (organic, direct, etc), device etc
9. Developing reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings and insights to stakeholders ranging from including senior leadership to entry level colleagues
10. Extracting and analysing data from various sources to create a single coherent story and message
11. Conducting pro-active deep dive investigations to identify new insights and opportunities which inform business decisions and drive value
12. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to optimize website performance
13. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments in mobile app and digital analytics
14. Supporting the Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) programme with test identification, set up and analysis
What you’ll bring…
15. Previous experience working as a Digital Analyst/Web Analyst
16. High capability and experience with Google Analytics and the wider Google environment (eg Big Query)
17. High capability and experience with Google Tag Manager
18. High capability with data visualisation tools such as Looker and Power BI
19. High capability and experience with SQL (or similar coding languages)
20. Experience with website optimisation tools such as webtrends, optimisley etc
21. Experience with website playback tools such as Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity etc
22. Experience with website feedback tools such as Qualtrics and awareness of qualitative analysis techniques
23. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a results-oriented mindset
24. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyse complex data sets
