Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Food and Beverage Manager for a Senior position at Sanda Group. This is a full-time role located in North Goa, South Goa, Colva, Benaulim, Varca, and Madgaon areas. Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience.
Qualifications and Skills
* Must have extensive experience as a Food and Beverage Manager (Mandatory skill).
* Demonstrated expertise in managing Food and Beverage Operations effectively and efficiently.
* Proven track record as a proficient Food and Beverage Supervisor with leadership qualities.
* In-depth knowledge and excellence in inventory management to optimize stock levels.
* Strong skills in menu planning to ensure variety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
* Excellent managing skills including staff scheduling and overseeing F&B operations.
* Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with staff and customers.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day operations of food and beverage services ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
* Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to prevent shortages and waste.
* Coordinate menu planning with culinary staff to offer diverse and appealing options.
* Manage, train, and evaluate staff performance to maintain a high standard of service.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations within the F&B department.
* Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to optimize costs.
* Analyze financial reports to track budgets and initiate cost-effective measures.
* Work collaboratively with other departments to align F&B operations with overall business objectives.
