Your Role as Client Manager: Support the Council in client oversight of its wholly owned Repairs and Maintenance company servicing 17,000 properties Lead on providing technical advice to inform decisions on building safety and repairs.
Drive service improvements and manage large-scale projects, including a £24 million capital budget.
Foster strong working relationships across teams and stakeholders, from senior leaders to tenants.
Support the development of new council homes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Your previous experience as a Client Manager: .
A strategic thinker with strong experience in Repairs, Maintenance and asset management with the ability to challenge service performance, compliance and decisions Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
