Could you be the first voice a patient hears? Are you caring, committed, and driven to provide a first-class service? Then we would love to hear from you. The great news is to start a brilliant career at Connect Health as a Customer Service Advisor, no healthcare experience is required.
We are looking for individuals who have a background in customer service and some contact centre and call handling experience too. We call our Customer Service colleagues Patient Care Advisors or PCAs for short. Patient Care Advisors are an invaluable part of the Connect Health service. The service helps people who are experiencing MSK (musculoskeletal, muscle and bone) conditions, guiding patients through options for their care and providing support for those who need assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to access services.
We want to make a person's care as straightforward as possible, by providing one point of contact as close to their home as we can.
We are looking for:
* Warm, friendly and professional colleagues who want to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
* You will be energetic, flexible with a can-do approach and good IT skills.
* You will be passionate about understanding patient needs and helping resolve their queries over the telephone.
* You will have previous experience of delivering great customer service. Experience of working in a contact centre and healthcare would be an advantage.
* You will be available to work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 08:30 and 17:00.
About the role
We are growing, and we want you to grow with us! We are looking for a special kind of candidate to join our Patient Care Centre at Connect Health, where we care deeply about what we do and the impact we have on our patients. Our Patient Care Advisors are at the heart of our operations, and our success is built on individuals who are committed to delivering excellence for our patients and communicating in a clear, concise, warm, and friendly way.
Patient Care Advisors are the first point of contact for our patients and the voice of Connect Health, handling patient queries and appointment booking requirements via phone and email, following our processes and procedures whilst bringing your personality and self to the role and demonstrating our core values; People Centred, Quality, Pioneering and Dynamic.
All successful applications will complete a full in-depth induction with ongoing support to ensure you become a brilliant customer care advisor. We will continue to provide opportunities for you to learn, develop and grow in the role and beyond with Connect Health by providing learning workshops, training and development, access to our learning academy and plenty of internal progression opportunities.
