Corndel is a strategic skills partner recently honoured as Training Provider of the Year. Our mission? To shape a world where everyone is empowered to be their professional best. We do this by partnering with a stellar list of clients including Gymshark, Unilever, the NHS, Aston Martin, Cancer Research UK, John Lewis, and the NSPCC. If you're a proactive go-getter looking to step up your career, this is your stage. At Corndel, we don't just offer jobs; we offer careers filled with purpose, growth, and heaps of fun.
The role: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Digital Marketing & Content Manager to manage our direct-to-learner marketing initiatives. This role will report to the B2C Marketing Director and will work closely with our Content Marketing Executive to engage prospective learners, nurture current learners, and build lasting relationships with alumni. This position will be pivotal in driving learner acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple digital channels, while ensuring the continued success of our programmes.
You will be responsible for managing and optimising our B2C marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and fostering an active, vibrant learner community across platforms. Your efforts will contribute directly to meeting key business objectives, including sales growth, client retention, and pipeline development.
Responsibilities include:
1. Email campaign management: Lead and execute targeted email campaigns, writing compelling and conversion-focused copy for segmented audiences, including prospective learners, current learners, and alumni. Optimise subject lines, content, and delivery timing to drive maximum engagement and conversions.
2. Content marketing: Develop and implement content marketing strategies, including crafting compelling case studies, email copy, and talk tracks for online events, leveraging learner and alumni stories to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
3. Social media management & community engagement: Manage and grow Corndel College London’s presence on channels including LinkedIn and Instagram, building an active community. Focus on boosting brand visibility and amplifying our share of voice through strategic content and interactions.
4. Website optimisation: Ensure the Corndel College London website is up-to-date and optimised with the latest content and user-friendly workflows that support enquiries and sync into HubSpot CRM for nurture flows.
5. Learner engagement & content creation: Develop and implement strategies to engage current learners and leverage their experiences to create valuable content and touchpoints for prospective learners. This includes using Business Summits (annual, in-person learner events) and other engagement opportunities (such as online events, panel discussions, and Q&A sessions) to share learner stories, enhance brand visibility, and increase learner attraction.
6. Campaign analysis & optimisation: Use Google Analytics, Clarity, and other tools to track, analyse, report on, and optimise B2C campaigns, making data-driven recommendations to improve performance and ROI.
7. Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing team and Account Management team to align marketing strategies with organisational and client goals, knowledge sharing and best practice.
About you: You are a dynamic and results-driven digital marketer with a passion for email marketing, content creation, and learner engagement. You thrive in a collaborative environment, and you have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media best practices, and content creation. You are eager to experiment with new tools and techniques to optimise campaigns and improve learner experiences. If you enjoy creating meaningful connections with learners and have the drive to deliver measurable results, this role is for you.
