Job summary The Digital Care Hub Manager is responsible for the provision of leadership, management, direction, and day to day financial control for all services delivered within the Digital Care Hub. The post holder is responsible for ensuring the operational delivery of the strategic and operational objectives for the services in line with National, System, Place and Trust initiatives. The post holder will work closely with the senior managers and clinical leads in the Trust, Immedicare, ICB, Place, NHSE and other organisations external to the Trust to ensure delivery of high quality, safe, patient focused and cost-effective services in line with the Trust strategy and objectives. The delivery of these services involves health and social care collaboration as well as commercial partnerships. Furthermore, there are excellent opportunities to work alongside Airedales new hospital programme, helping shape future digital services for the trust and the wider local area. Main duties of the job Working in conjunction with the Head of Digital Care Hub to engage with new and current customers to develop and operationally deliver contracts and services, ensuring excellent customer experience. The post holder will be required to create and manage long-term relationships between the Digital Care Hub and a range of clients (NHS, local authority, voluntary sector, commercial companies). Overall management of services delivered from the Digital Care Hub which at present include: Immedicare - National care home service Goldline- Palliative Care service MyCare24- Long term Conditions/Virtual Wards The post holder will work with the local providers of all clinical services as well as customers to define and maintain standards of service delivery and develop the service in a way that aids client retention and generates new business. The post holder will have day to day budget responsibility for all services delivered from the Digital Care Hub.
