Job Overview:
We are seeking caring and reliable individuals to join our team as Care Professionals. In this role, you will make a positive impact on the lives of older adults by assisting them with daily activities, providing companionship, and offering emotional support. Flexibility is key, and we are particularly interested in applicants who are available for weekend shifts, although additional weekday hours may also be available.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist clients with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
2. Provide companionship and engage in activities to enhance clients’ well-being and quality of life.
3. Support clients with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, tidying, and shopping.
4. Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and our care team to ensure high-quality, tailored care.
5. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients’ needs or health.

Requirements:
