Role Overview
This role will form a crucial part of the Ravensworth sales team, being at the centre of our outbound calls and vital in our client engagement, past, present, and new.
This role is available on a working from home basis if you are not local to our Cramlington office. Some travel to the Newcastle office and London offices will be required for quarterly team meetings.
The Account Executive will primarily be responsible for managing several lists by phone which will consist of active and regular clients. This will involve account reviews and pitching of new products along with maintaining the relationship. Additionally, the list of dormant clients will require the Account Executive to make contact to re-establish the relationship with Ravensworth. Pursuing new business will also form part of this role.
This role has excellent career progression with the possibility of promotion within 12 months.
Requirements
Responsibilities
1. Outbound calls – Calling lists of customers to re-establish contact and maintain ongoing relationships.
2. New business – Using a list provided to contact and generate new business.
3. Directing inbound calls – Helping your client lists when they call.
4. Building relationships with clients, getting to know their individual needs and how we can help.
5. Capture relevant information from the customers that supports the sales process.
6. Diarising and following up on opportunities in a timely manner; follow up all calls with an email.
7. Working very closely with the Account Managers in the field.

7. Can adapt to product and business development and customer needs.
8. Experience in the Estate Agency or Print industry is preferred but not essential.
· Excellent basic salary plus great commission structure.
· 22 days holiday, plus 8 days bank holidays (pro-rated for part-time or temporary staff).
