We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (Nights) to join a well-established general nursing facility in Preston. This facility, which offers 40+ beds, provides a range of services, including long- and short-term nursing care, residential, dementia, and palliative care.
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-tier care. The facility has an experienced, supportive management team and an exceptional, longstanding staff, ensuring you have the time and resources necessary to provide outstanding care.

Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
- Administer medication and maintain accurate documentation
- Provide high-quality, professional care for residents
- Develop and implement care plans and treatment strategies using sound nursing techniques
- Work closely with the care team to ensure a safe, secure, and compassionate environment
- Deliver dementia and palliative care, demonstrating a strong understanding of mental capacity in elderly residents
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies
- Follow safe moving and handling practices, fire safety protocols, and infection control procedures
- Ensure compliance with food handling, hygiene, and health and safety standards
