The South Leicestershire School Sports Partnership (SLSSP), with the support of the Youth Sports Trust, are delighted to offer the opportunity for a School Sports and Intervention Intern to join our team.
About School Sport and Intervention Intern
We are looking for an organised and passionate individual who is motivated to make a difference in children and young people's lives through the power of sport. The internship aims to give the successful candidate an outstanding experience and introduction to working in school sport. The role consists of:
1. Working on behalf of the South Leicestershire School Sports Partnership and the Youth Sport Trust, the successful applicant will provide effective support for the Wimbledon Foundation in partnership with Barclays, Set for Success programme in Leicestershire and the wider national programme.
2. Working with the South Leicestershire School Sport Partnership team, the successful candidate will support the delivery of sports events, well-being programmes, and physical activity sessions in schools.
