Client
Our client is a high-quality contractor specialising in property development across NI
They have a great opportunity for a Document Control and Project Administrator to join them on a permanent basis working out of Belfast.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality service to ensure customer and stakeholder satisfaction delivering on the agreed schedule, scope and quality of work.
* Effectively manage home buyer aftersales issues to maximise home buyer satisfaction.
* Effectively manage the handover of home buyer from sales to aftersales.
* Triage home buyer issues directly and respectfully resolve issues that are not snags with home buyers. Allocate snags to construction partner for resolution.
* Provide regular reporting on defects and snagging.
* Document and Drawing control for all projects including folder management, version control and ensuring all stakeholders hold correct documentation.
* Maintain an up-to-date record of all statutory and compliance documentation.
* Tender administration.
* Support reporting on performance against project plan position and flag issues.
* Support Senior QS in cost management through effective drawing and document control
* Document and Drawing control for all live contracted projects including folder management, version control and ensuring all stakeholders hold correct documentation.
* Administration of Quality Assurance processes
* Assist in the preparation of regular, timely, appropriate and well-presented management information reports for the SLT/Board to help inform their decision making.
* Help ensure effective cost control and contribute ideas to help improve organisational performance and profitability.
* Contribute to the effective and efficient maintenance of systems and processes to proactively manage risks and quality assurance (service, customers and team).
* Adhere to all Health, Safety and well being requirements including safe systems of work and undertake risk assessments as necessary
The Ideal Person:
* 3 x A-Level (or equivalent) at Grade C or above
* Experience of document management systems (not necessarily construction)
* Strong attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Construction Qualifications (Desirable)
* Knowledge and or experience of the construction industry (Desirable)
