Our client specialises in urban planning, with a track record of delivering exceptional results across various sectors, including residential, commercial, and retail across London and the South East. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting senior colleagues on a diverse range of projects.
2. Conducting research and analysis to support planning proposals.
3. Preparing planning applications and documents.
4. Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
5. Collaborating with the team to ensure projects meet deadlines and objectives.
What We're Looking For:
1. Degree or Masters in Urban Planning or a related field (ideally RTPI accredited).
2. Minimum 12 months professional planning experience in the private or public sector.
3. Enthusiasm for urban planning and a strong desire to learn and grow.
4. Excellent research and analytical skills.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Eagerness to contribute to the success of projects and the team.
