As a key member of the firm, you will play a crucial role in supporting with Residential Conveyancing matters, ensuring the smooth progression of property transactions. This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of their renowned legal practice and contribute to the firms continued success.Conveyancing Paralegal Duties
1. Support the conveyancing team in managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions
2. Engage with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors to facilitate the conveyancing process with professionalism and efficiency
3. Contribute to the overall success of the conveyancing caseload by providing exceptional administrative and paralegal support
4. Open and close files
5. Deal with AML requirements
6. Issue initial letters to clients
7. Draft contracts and TR1
8. Complete SDLT applications
9. Prepare LR applications
