As a Team Member in our café, you're involved in everything - a bit of cooking, chatting with customers, and making an impact. You'll ensure that every dish you prepare and serve meets our menu standards and safety regulations. Additionally, you'll keep the environment tidy, from kitchen equipment to customer tables.

Responsibilities
* Keeping kitchen equipment and utensils clean and tidy.
* Serving customers efficiently and courteously.
* Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards and maintaining records.
* Practising FIFO stock rotation to keep food fresh.
* Accepting deliveries and storing food safely.
* Following operational policies and procedures.
* Preparing, cooking, and serving food as per our menu.
* Maintaining standards and ensuring food availability.
* Knowing our menu thoroughly and serving accurately.
* Handling customer complaints and informing the Café Manager.
* Staying informed about business updates and initiatives.
* Clearing and sanitising tables to keep the café clean.
Minimum requirements
* A commitment to hospitality and excellent customer service.
* Knowledge of Health and Safety standards.
* Ability to work efficiently and maintain cleanliness.
Personal qualities
* Teamwork skills.
* Good communication and proactive attitude.
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
* Initiative and organisational skills.
* Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
