Role Description:
We are seeking a dynamic part-time Residential Sales Negotiator to join our team working alternate weekends. As our company continues to grow, we recognize the importance of having skilled professionals who can effectively secure profitable agreements and foster long-term relationships with clients.
You will be joining a dedicated team of 5 sales negotiators who work closely to drive our sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client engagement
* Arranging and conducting viewings
* Generating and negotiating offers
* Applicant management
* Securing new business
* General office administration
* Marketing properties
* Promotion of all Satchells services
Experience required:
* Ideally a background in a sales environment

Working structure:
* Alternate weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
* Saturdays 9.00am-5.00pm (1 hour lunch unpaid)
* Sundays 10.00am-2.00pm
