ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are currently recruiting for a motivated, reliable and customer focused Post Room & Facilities Assistant to join our team based at 106 Kirkstall Road, Leeds, LS3 1JS.
Job Type: Temporary - Part Time.
Pay Rate: £12.00 per hour.
Working Hours: 30Hrs per week, 6Hrs per day, Monday to Friday - 09:30Hrs to 16:30Hrs.
Start Date: Immediately.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
We have an opportunity for a Mailroom/Facilities Assistant working directly for our corporate client within a busy environment. The role will be ideally suited to a candidate who has previous experience of working within a demanding post room environment. Previous experience with franking machines and scanning equipment is preferred.
This role is within the Mailroom team with the smooth running of a busy post room.
On a day to day basis, this will include general mailroom duties, sorting and franking internal and external mail, booking packages into a computerised system, delivering packages using receipt confirmation handheld devices and booking courier jobs online.
The operative is required to understand and have a general knowledge of the company's internal processes as they will be expected to assist and respond to a variety of enquiries. The role also involves meeting room setup/clearance and office and furniture moves.

Previous experience is desirable; however, full training will be provided.
