Role Mission Working in partnership with our Senior CRM Manager, you will be responsible to plan, build and create strong CRM communications supporting the business strategy and digital marketing. Be the subject matter expert in CRM for many different business objectives. Oversee the development and execution of all physical emails and other omni-channels comms. Main Responsibilities Support development and manage a customer communication strategy throughout all lifecycle stages of the customer experience. Use the customer base and insights to target customer segments with specific messages and campaigns. Responsible for ensuring that all customer communications adhere to all applicable laws. Create campaigns based on specific consumer profiles, behaviours, or events, and optimise them continuously using a test and learn methodology. Develop and deliver personalised and targeted campaigns using relevant customer channels such as onsite messaging, email, SMS, push notifications etc. Collaborate with the data and the product teams to initiate campaigns and uncover customer insight Collaborate with the marketing planning team to create, maintain, follow and optimise campaigns Support triggered communication programme testing and review Working with the data analyst to share customer insight based on behaviour and refine campaigns based on data Own the delivery of creative and content through internal/external providers Develop the look and narrative structure for a variety of design campaigns Proactively monitor campaign performance Develop an effective working relationship with colleagues and clients to plan campaigns and setting KPI’s. Execute A/B and multivariate tests using creative to help improve the campaign understanding and objectives Ensure email deliverability is faultless and monitoring platforms for feedback on possible spam/blocks or inbox delivery issues Effectively manage projects within agreed timescales. Participate actively in brainstorms, giving creative input on ideas, styles and formats Keeping up to date with current design, digital and email trends Person Specification Good knowledge of strategy and leveraging this Good collaboration and communication skills Accurate and consistent output quality delivered on time. Collaboration and professional relationship with marketing, creative, project and CRM teams. Basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop and HTML desirable. Good analytical skills, comfortable working with numbers and data A strong self-starter, will be confident and experienced in end-to-end campaign planning Strong understating of the purpose of the CRM campaigns and how to design and build the emails to achieve their goals Ability to adhere to each brand’s guidelines and meticulous attention to details.
