Job title: Influencer Marketing & Social Media Executive (permanent, full-time)
Location: North West London
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm + 1 hour lunch break (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)

They are expanding their influencer engagement and seek an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join the team. They are looking for a dynamic, innovative Influencer Marketing & Social Media Executive with a strong background in managing influencer campaigns, fostering online communities, curating compelling content, and driving e-commerce engagement.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Identifying prime influencer collaboration opportunities across all business segments in coordination with the Social Media team.
2. Assisting the PR & Marketing teams in executing the annual marketing calendar with ongoing influencer involvement.
3. Establishing strong relationships with social media influencers and creating content across social media channels.
4. Proactively pitching and generating opportunities for potential influencer partnerships.
5. Crafting tailored proposals for influencer collaborations and overseeing all stages of the process: pitching, closing, implementation, and reporting.
6. Ensuring timely compliant delivery of each influencer campaign and proactively steering social media coverage through influencer seeding and partnerships.
7. Overseeing the planning of social media strategy across current and new social channels.
8. Enhancing audience engagement, cultivating online communities, and acquiring new customers.
9. Supporting community management and addressing customer queries via social media.
10. Managing influencer marketing campaigns and coordinating product gifting.
You will have:
1. 2+ years of active engagement in online communities across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
2. 2+ years of managing strategic influencer partnerships and able to manage multiple deadlines.
3. Collaborative team player passionate about social engagement and capable of managing various content.
4. Demonstrated ability to devise strategy based on audience research and intuition.
5. Utilizes social analytics to provide clear recommendations on content and strategy.
6. Proficient (social media) copywriter with a strong visual sense and creative aptitude.
7. Capable of collaborating with the creative team while also independently producing content.
