As the Internal Logistics Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our Internal Logistics team to ensure the efficient and secure handling of materials for our exam series. You will oversee day-to-day operations across several functions, manage reverse logistics, and collaborate with various departments to enhance our processes. Your leadership will empower a team of approximately 9 permanent colleagues, along with additional support to a sizable team of temporary colleagues during peak periods, as we work together to deliver excellence in every aspect of our operations. What will I be doing? Leading the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of all internal logistics operations for examinations. Developing and managing budgets, ensuring alignment with financial targets. Fostering a high-performing and positive team culture, coaching and developing your colleagues. Analysing data to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of logistics operations. What will I need to Succeed? Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams. Strong analytical skills to challenge existing processes and drive improvements.
