As an Event Planner, you will have the opportunity to bring extraordinary events to life within our world-class events centre. From intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations, you will be the driving force behind flawless execution, ensuring every aspect is meticulously planned and executed to perfection.
A few of your responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of event planning, from concept development to post-event evaluation.
* Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
* Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and exceeding expectations.
* Collaborate with our talented culinary team to curate exceptional menus and remarkable dining experiences.
* Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into event planning.

* Proven experience in event management, preferably within the hospitality or entertainment industries.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Proficiency in project management, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
* Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain cool under pressure.
* A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
