Outline of Role:
* Manage inventory levels
* Track stock levels and order additional stock as needed
* Oversee shipments and monitor any delays
* Arrange for stock to be booked into warehouses
* Maintain purchase and pricing reports
* Ensure proper storage and security of materials
* Liaise with warehouse and factories
* Perform regular inventory audits
* Follow budget guidelines to keep costs within expectation
* Maintain databases and data imports/exports
* Improve working practices and flows to enhance efficiency
* Conduct analysis of data from a range of sources to provide business insight
* Place purchase orders
* Continually liaise with Project managers/Account managers and Project coordinators
* Organise transport
Essential Requirements to be successful in the role:
* Organisational skills
* Communication skills
* Negotiation skills
* Stock controller experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft programs
* Attention to detail
* Knowledge of WMS preferred
Hours:
8:30am-5:15pm Monday - Thursday, 8:30am-4pm Friday (30 mins lunch)
