About The Role You will create opportunities for product development and delivering customer value by gaining a deep understanding of the problems and challenges our customers face at enterprise/market level Your products will generate value for our customers so that they choose to continually renew their usage and engage with us to innovate the product functionality; or elect to use more of our products over time You will engage and communicate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders on product performance and roadmap updates. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners to translate product strategy into day-to-day team activities. About You Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organization. Demonstrable ability to lead product teas and align with stakeholders. Strong communication skills to manage expectations and deliver insights. Proven experience within a rapid user growth product, with data led decision making. Experience of being both strategic as well as operationally hands on within product is advantageous.
