* Operate as the lead point of contact for your portfolio of clients.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
* Hold regular reviews with clients in accordance with Account Management Procedure.
* Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
* Liaise with technical teams to design and develop tailored IT solutions that meet the client’s needs.
* Provide feedback to technical teams based on clients' needs, aiding in the continuous improvement of the solutions offered.
* Provide support, mentorship, and advice to colleagues when required.

* Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent time management and attention to detail.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
* Must hold a full clean UK Driving Licence.
* Must be able to deal with technical product information.
* Excellent proven IT background, ideally for a Microsoft Partner/Managed Service Provider.
* Ability to persuade, influence, and negotiate effectively at all levels within and outside the organisation.
* Well versed in managing a busy workload and adhering to deadlines.
* Excellent conversational fluency in English is required to clearly explain complex technical issues.
