Product Manager – Heating Systems
Doncaster – c.£60k plus Company Car
The Product Manager is part of the Marketing Team and responsible for the definition of all new products, continuous product improvements and the management of the product range which includes radiators, central heating systems, intelligent or smart controls and hot water hydraulics circuit design and control. Other duties will include:
Maintaining a sound knowledge of technology in order to identify potential products and opportunities to promote innovation and advancement.
Maintaining a sound knowledge of regulations and standards and pending changes to legislation that could impact on product strategy.
Working closely with commercial sales, marketing and customer service to coordinate product launches, to provide technical support throughout manufacture and marketing including presenting to potential customers at their sites and at trade shows.
Working closely with customers, suppliers and third-party consultants throughout the UK and a small number abroad and so travel is essential.
To be considered for the Product Manager position, you will have:
A strong background in product management and new product introduction in a technical or engineering discipline ideally coupled with a degree and or professional qualification in a relevant Technical, Engineering or Marketing discipline.
Significant relevant post qualification experience in a wide range of product management and new product development.
You will also need specific detailed experience in several of the following areas is required: radiators, central heating systems, intelligent or smart controls, and hot water hydraulics circuit design and control.
Broad commercial experience with which to evidence awareness of business environment; markets, customers and financial.

Salary: c.£60,000 pa DOE plus a company car
Working hours: 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thurs, finish at 4pm on Fridays
