We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to join the marketing team in our fast-growing hospitality brand - Lounge. The ideal candidate is analytical, data-driven, personable and passionate about the hospitality industry. This role involves executing digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and foster customer loyalty across our online channels.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for the day-to-day handling of Lounges' and Loungers plc websites.
* Assist in the development of the new Lounge website, alongside the Head of Marketing and external web agency.
* Managing all Google and Yext listings of our 230+ Lounges.
* Optimising approach to paid and organic digital strategy to achieve business objectives and drive engagement/reach.
* Set up and manage all paid digital campaigns.
* Overseeing all SEO strategy.
* Responsible for email marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, from monthly newsletters to targeted promotions, ensuring effective segmentation and personalisation. Your aim will be to increase database size, improve open rates and click-throughs, and reduce unsubscribes.
* Full review of email ecosystem to ensure on-brand and correct triggers in place to deliver optimum customer digital experience, including automated journeys from acquisition to retention.
* Monthly reporting on all digital touchpoints via Databox.
* Social Media: Responsible for updates to our PLC LinkedIn account and monitoring of X account.
* Working alongside the Marketing Assistant to monitor and respond to an internal mailbox.
* Support on internal digital projects.
A bit about you
* 2-3 years experience in marketing with demonstrable experience in digital marketing (CRM, Social, SEO, PPC, paid digital advertising, Google Analytics).
* Experience of moving a brand forward through executing a solid digital marketing plan.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, someone who sees the value in collaborative working.
* Able to think strategically whilst also executing to deliver results, with an analytical eye for detail.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a passion for the hospitality industry.
* A customer-first approach with experience in responding to online reviews, customer queries, and feedback.
* Previous experience managing digital marketing budgets preferred.
* Advantageous if experienced in using Airship.
