We are looking for an Administrator to join our Accounts team, working within the Private Client – Asset Protection & Tax department.
Your role
Responsibilities include:
* Data input to Excel proformas
* Reading and understanding Trust and Executry Files on 3E
* Understanding Trust and Executry documents to lift and input relevant information
* Working with consolidated tax packs etc to record capital and income movements in share portfolios
* Updating all control sheets for the team
* Corresponding and communicating with third parties to obtain outstanding information
* Providing all numbers for the team for reporting purposes at the monthly team meeting
* Communicating with the wider team.
Skills Required:
· Experience within a Private Client environment
· Attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
· Excellent organisational skills
· Excellent IT skills - particularly with 3E and Excel
· Excellent communication skills, verbal and in writing
· Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines under pressure
· Ability to use initiative and to work both independently and as part of a team
· Capable of working within the tax team and the private client department and working alongside other fee earners/departments as required.
