The role: This is an exciting opportunity to join the Technical Support team at ZyroFisher in the role of Warranty Technician. Based in Darlington and reporting to the Technical Support Supervisor, the position is responsible for after sales warranty and technical support for all brands in the ZyroFisher portfolio excluding SRAM. Working alongside the existing team you will be responsible for providing market leading level of technical customer service to retailers, end consumers and internally via phone, Zendesk and email. The role involves accurately recording returns data using Microsoft Excel, Zendesk and manufacturers claim portals. You will need to be organised, IT literate and customer service focused. The Technical Support team is also the home of the MAHLE UK Service Centre. You will be responsible for providing support for the brand and the e-bike systems in the UK market. The requirements: You will need to be extremely organised, be deadline focussed and have a keen eye for detail. Essential: Come from a Customer Services / Care Background Previous experience working in a customer service role Experience with Excel, Outlook and be competent working with computers and other technology Knowledge of the cycling industry Have a 'can do' attitude Have a strong willingness to learn Experience of working to deadlines Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate data Desirable: Experience using Zendesk or equivalent Previous experience working in the cycle industry.
