Robertson Geo is a global company based in North Wales that designs, develops and manufactures market leading geophysical wireline technologies. We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Embedded Electronics Engineer to join our multi-disciple engineering team.
You will be part of a 11 strong engineering team, working through the transitions from concept to manufacturing. You will be responsible for development of advanced downhole logging electronic systems and products and ensuring that the critical specifications are identified appropriately. You will oversee the transition from prototype to final production, ensuring that all documentation is meticulously prepared and that the products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and innovation.
Your role will be fully embedded in our technical ethos to provide world leading geophysical downhole logging measurements. The specifications you will work with are akin to those found in military and aerospace designs, presenting significant challenges in terms of robustness, size, and operating temperature. Additionally, the diverse range of geophysical measurements, communicated over 3000 meters of wireline conductor, adds further complexity to these engineering problems
