The Role:
Teaching English across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons that challenge and inspire students.
Assessing and monitoring student progress to ensure excellent outcomes.
Creating an inclusive and purposeful classroom environment.
Collaborating with colleagues to develop and share best practices.
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds (or is working towards) QTS.
Has strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching English.
Can create a stimulating and supportive learning environment.
Is committed to fostering a love of literature and language in students.
Is keen to contribute to wider school life and professional development opportunities.
